Senior Contract Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with international standards and client-specific requirements. They will identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review contracts, including EPC, consultancy, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure alignment with FIDIC, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity and alignment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in Contract Management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project/contract management of large construction projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
