Job Title: Senior Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled contract negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

  • This is a full-time position requiring relocation to another Asia country for high-profile port infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC, consultancy, vendor, and subcontractor agreements. They will ensure alignment with international contracting standards, such as FIDIC, and local regulations. Additionally, they will identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Review and analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks to minimize project delays.
  • Liaise with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity.
  • Develop and maintain logs and records of contractual correspondence and amendments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Contract Management or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in contract negotiation and management of large construction projects.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
