Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team in acquisition coordination, operations, and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to streamline systems, documentation, and tools that enhance team effectiveness.
- Support brand development, donor engagement strategies, and donor collateral.
- Coordinate performance reporting to support corporate strategy goals.
- Act as the central liaison point to coordinate and triage funding opportunities.
- Provide project management and coordination for strategic bids.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in project management, business operations, or consultancy roles.
- Experience in impact and/or business reporting, including current trends.
- Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and work independently.
- Strong understanding of donor segments across institutional, private funding, and mass market streams.
- Ability to maintain focus and achieve outcomes under pressure.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as international development, relations, strategy, business, marketing, research, or similar.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record in project management, business operations, and stakeholder engagement. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of donor segments and trends.
