
Deputy HR Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Deputy HR Delivery Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Human Resource Management solutions and ensuring that they meet the organisational needs.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions, particularly in large-scale, complex enterprise environments. They will also have a proven ability to support major ERP transformation programs and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HRM solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with business goals.
- Program Oversight: Work alongside the lead to ensure successful governance and delivery assurance of multiple release phases across the HCM lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Engage with business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet organisational needs and drive best practices across design, build, test, data, and cutover activities.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience delivering complex SAP ERP transformation programs, particularly in the Human Resource Management domain.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing functional teams, project delivery, or solution delivery within ERP environments.
- SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP modules and tools.
- Communication: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex concepts effectively.
