As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Territory Managers to execute against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies, driving value to our called-on universe of On Premise and Off Premise customers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands, increasing revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations, championing Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors.
- Coach and provide timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives, as well as career role progression.
- Champion Safety and ensure everyone gets home safe every day.
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role. You will have exceptional coaching skills, experience in leading and inspiring teams to deliver strong results, and a strong analytical capability to navigate sales data into actionable insights. Experience within the Liquor industry is highly advantageous.
