Job Title:
Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, work well independently and as part of the project team, and possess excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the project manager and team.
- Assist in preparing weekly union payroll.
- Order office supplies for the project site.
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy files.
- Track change orders, RFI's, and submittal packages.
- Scan and copy documents.
- Prepare correspondences, presentations, documents, manuals, information packages, and reports.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the project team.
- Handle requests for information and/or documents for the project team as required.
- Assist with special projects.
- Other activities may be required as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Adept at problem-solving, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiar with Viewpoint construction management software.
