Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Claro Aged Care and Disability Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy and supporting more people to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to a market-leading national growth and sales culture
  • Build and manage processes for relationship management and nurturing and converting business opportunities
  • Establish and build strong and sustainable relationships with funding bodies and relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, triage, assess, and onboard clients while ensuring a positive experience
  • Coordinate with operations and support divisions to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Owning conversation targets and plans across all stages of the customer journey

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within the community disability space
  • Adept understanding and knowledge of the NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
  • Established and/or the ability to build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Previous experience transitioning NDIS participants from hospital
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy
  • Well-developed time management skills ensuring stakeholder expectations are met
  • High level of written and verbal communication
