Key Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading culinary operations and supervising designated kitchen sections to ensure timely and quality food production. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, have culinary experience and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation.

Accountabilities:

  • Culinary Leadership & Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage designated kitchen sections to ensure timely and quality food production.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking across all stations in line with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain food consistency, portion control, and plate presentation in alignment with menu guidelines.
  • Participate in menu planning, development of specials, and implementation of seasonal offerings.
