- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and repairs with inspectors and trades.
- Manage defect documentation and work orders with precision and care.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to clients and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Candidate must be customer-focused with strong administrative skills.
