Process Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and adjust operating variables to maintain optimum output
  • Operate in the assigned process plant section including Flotation, Crushing, Grinding, Leaching, Dewatering and ROM pad operations
  • Ensure reagent stock tank levels are maintained
  • Accurately record relevant data on shift log sheets
Job Description Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our Deflector Processing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Mill Shift Supervisor to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in crushing and grinding circuit operation, CIL/CIP operation or flotation is advantageous
  • A strong working knowledge of gold processing environments is essential
  • Nationally recognised certification for operating loaders, skid steer and excavators is required
  • A valid WA Driver's License (Manual C Class) is mandatory
  • Hold a Confined Space and Work at Heights qualification
