Fixed Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fixed plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair fixed plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Cert III or higher).
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in fixed plant maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with hazardous materials.
  • Current White Card and gas testing certification.
  • High risk license (EWP, LF, DG, IR, CN or overhead crane) highly desirable.
