As a Commercial Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for leading the strategic expansion of our business in Australia & New Zealand.
This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth through renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for commercial success.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to ensure competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends and location requirements to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate lease contracts with property owners to secure optimal deals.
**Qualifications:**
To succeed, you should have strong analytical skills, a track record of results, and effective negotiation abilities. A bachelor or master's degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics or similar is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate.
