This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established role, with the current incumbent retiring after over four years of dedicated and successful service.
This hands-on, generalist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse environment, working across professional teams and outdoor crews in site-based environments.
You'll be a trusted ER/IR advisor, offer stakeholder coaching, driving initiatives that support employee engagement and a safety culture, while balancing operational HR and strategic organisational development outcomes.
Frequent site visits will be required.
We are after someone who has substantial HR and ER experience, ideally in remote or site-based environments, is confident navigating complex employee matters with resilience and tact, can pivot between strategic thinking and operational delivery, builds strong relationships and drives positive change and is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
