Administrative Support Specialist

Randstad Recruitment is seeking experienced and motivated RTO/GTO Administrators to support our valued clients in various industries. As an RTO/GTO Administrator, you will be responsible for managing key administrative tasks, supporting staff and stakeholders, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support for enrolments, completions, trainee records, and compliance management.
- Assist with the coordination of national inductions and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce complexity and streamline operations.
- Deliver training and support to staff on administrative systems and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, trainees, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at improving administrative efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within the training or education sectors.
- Knowledge of RTO/GTO processes, standards, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant systems for data and record management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time and workload effectively.
