As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across our organization by ensuring data accuracy, structure, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and validate master data records for materials, vendors, and customers across all branches and distribution centers.
  • Advise on and ensure accurate configuration of supply chain-related data, including MRP settings, product lifecycle, and stock levels.
  • Develop frameworks for master data governance and lifecycle management.
  • Delegate data uploads to other units while designing and overseeing the process.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, branch managers, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize distribution and inventory.
  • Ensure that SAP changes do not disrupt financial reporting.
What We Need From You
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, especially front-end supply chain modules; experience with master data is essential.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred; autonomy and proactive relationship-building skills are critical.
  • Ability to extract and analyze data from SAP or business warehouse tools; data analytics skills are a plus.
  • Experience in trade, retail, or manufacturing environments is desirable but not mandatory.
