About the Role

As a Work Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, profitability, and growth by overseeing work allocation and providing scheduling and administrative support.

This involves streamlining processes, facilitating route & WO allocation, and adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee metering back office administrative tasks to drive process efficiencies and excellence.
  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of route & WO allocation, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to KPI requirements.
  • Provide timely support on reporting of relevant KPIs provided to stakeholders.
  • Liaise and provide support to field resources to ensure all routes and work order types are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify areas for coaching and development, executing a plan to bridge any gaps and enhance team performance.
  • Develop and conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and open communication.
  • Analyse field resource performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and follow up with field resources to ensure KPI targets are met, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Accurately and timely extract and transfer data between field resources, Service Stream, and client systems, ensuring seamless integration and workflow.
  • Monitor all steps following upload/download into relevant systems, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with internal and client IT departments to resolve technical issues associated with handhelds, systems, and other technical concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and consumers, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Liaise with clients regarding reporting, queries, and work allocation, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Ensure all work performed meets contractual quality and safety standards, aligning with company best practices and customer satisfaction.
