Business Improvement Specialist

A forward-thinking individual with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is sought after to drive process improvement initiatives, enhance efficiency, and streamline operations across the car leasing business.

The ideal candidate will lead process improvement projects, analyse current workflows, systems, and processes to identify gaps and recommend data-driven solutions. They will implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing data for the Operations function and driving the Operations Performance Tracker with the business. They will also analyse performance data to drive improvements and identify trends using statistical tools and Lean tools.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential for this role. The successful candidate will work with departments to align efficiency improvement initiatives with overall business objectives. They will train and mentor employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles, creating a culture of continuous improvement.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles; financial services experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
