Job Description

We seek a dynamic Lean/Six Sigma Practitioner to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance efficiency, and streamline processes across our car leasing business.

The successful candidate will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.

They will lead process improvement projects, analyze current workflows, systems, and processes, and implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve KPIs across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
  • Collaborate with departments to align efficiency improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles; financial services experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
