About the Role

We are seeking skilled Nurses to join our team as Clinical Stomal Therapists, delivering specialized wound and stomal therapy care to patients in their homes.

  • Assess client needs, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage a defined caseload, providing expert care and support to clients across the community, at a competent to proficient level.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge and assistance to consumers living with a stoma, serving as a valuable professional resource.

Requirements

  • A current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a valid practicing certificate.
  • Possession of relevant postgraduate qualifications or working towards in stoma therapy nursing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with expertise in stomal therapy.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
