Lead Expert in Advanced Wound Management

As a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced wound care services across various settings. Your key responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, effective coordination of care, education and support for patients with complex wounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based wound care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff at all levels to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW with a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, which may involve driving long distances.
