About the Role

We're seeking a talented Executive Support Professional to join our team. This dynamic individual will provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for senior executives, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process business expenses, arrange catering, and plan luncheons/dinners in line with company policies.
  • Book domestic and international travel, considering visa requirements, COVID protocols, costs, and documentation.
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Utilize initiative and judgment to interface with stakeholders from other groups and senior executives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a global organization, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior management in fast-paced environments, executing tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure clear, thorough, and specific communications.
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs, within ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion.
  • Experience with virtual meeting setup using tools like Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
  • Strong teamwork skills, confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to processes and work collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship management skills, able to build a personal network throughout the organization.
  • Substantial experience with creating presentations, mail, and calendaring skills (Google Slides, Gmail, and Google Calendar experience beneficial).
  • Effective communication with senior leaders and external partners.
