Job Opportunity:

The Chief Executive Officer's Administrative Partner will be responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO. This is a dynamic role that requires an organized and proactive individual who can anticipate needs and make things happen before they are asked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare executive documents and presentations
  • Coordinate senior-level meetings and ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
  • Provide strategic support to the CEO and enable them to focus on driving the organization forward
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative professional supporting senior executives
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities seamlessly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A confident professional presence and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
