Job Title: Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Lead to drive the success of our product initiatives from inception through execution. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage industry-changing platforms that transform the way we interact with money.

About the Role:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
  • Define product features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, collaborate with QA, and manage the backlog to deliver products/features on time.
  • Engage with customers to build empathy, ensuring their needs are met, and prioritize initiatives and projects effectively.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead specific features within a product line, leveraging expertise to drive results.

Requirements:

  • A data-driven work style, guided by compassion for the user.
  • A passion for creating delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Proven experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative, and producing results.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification is preferred.
