Our PEC division, one of Australia's top turnkey delivery partners for green hydrogen production and refueling facilities, is on a rapid growth trajectory. As a Site Manager in this division, you will oversee site works, ensuring successful project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, mixed trade, and project management skills, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols. Experience in gas infrastructure or power station construction, including civil, mechanical, and electrical sections, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide site leadership, prioritization, direction, and instruction for all power station construction processes
  • Generate site requirement look ahead and action early procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment
  • Manage completion of site documentation, such as quality reporting, diaries, work breakdown, and incident reporting
  • Evaluate hazards, control risks, and undertake regular inspections of works and equipment
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance programs
  • Foster a workplace culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

About You:

  • Substantial experience in power station construction with a relevant trade qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead site teams in delivering projects from $500K - $5 million
  • Strong leadership, people management capability, conflict resolution abilities, and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Strong planning and demonstrated practical knowledge of project delivery requirements
  • Current Schedule 26 qualification or the ability to obtain it on starting the role
  • Time management and organisational skills, results-oriented, commitment to delivery, and a problem-solving mindset
