Technical Handset Support Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant & IT Specialist. As a dedicated expert in the field, you will play a crucial role in assisting and updating Android phones, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
The Job Description:- You will be responsible for enrolling mobile devices into MDM solution (e.g. Intune / Knox) and update and maintain Android phones on various projects
- Utilize your knowledge of device handsets, with a focus on Android systems
- Proven experience in retail telecommunication stores is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Android devices and their operating systems
- Ability to handle various onsite technical challenges and troubleshoot effectively
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between different sites across Brisbane Metro and potentially regional areas
- Reliable, confident and a self-starter who is able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong friendly customer service personality
- Able to travel between sites
- Availability to work Monday to Friday - Project Based weekly roster
- Open Australian Drivers License and own transport
- Willing to Obtain or Provide Police Check Clearance
- Full Covid Vax (double or triple only)
- Full working rights in Australia
- 2x work-related references
