As a Technical Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective solutions to customers' water challenges.

The Role:
  • Assist with technical selections and product configuration
  • Develop expertise in targeted areas of product knowledge enabling rapid and accurate responses for customers
  • Manage purchase orders from receipt through to delivery ensuring seamless logistics
  • Provide regular order status updates and follow up on any delays
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS

SUPPORTED CLOSELY BY THE TEAM AND COLLABORATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP YOUR PRODUCT AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE TO ENABLE RAPID RESPONSIVENESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
