Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technology Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues in a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and problems relating to technology.
  • Manage daily operations of audio-visual services and video conferencing.
  • Support internal and external clients with administrative and procedural responsibilities.
  • Perform AV troubleshooting and setup for client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in an audio-visual environment.
  • Knowledge of managing mobile devices via MDM solutions.
  • Active Directory skills.
  • Understanding of network topology.
  • Configuring and maintaining VOIP softphones and telephone handsets.
