Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Colour Administration Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in initiating, prioritizing, and finalizing jobs through our colour lab.

The Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding quickly to requests and queries.
  • Ensure order and efficiency in the lab by uploading, labeling, and filing completed work in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in administration or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data analysis tools, including database management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems and colour matching processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
