Colour Administration Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Colour Administration Leader to join our team and take on a pivotal role in driving the success of our organisation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information and ensuring that our Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system remain accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain the integrity of GRID and the physical filing system by following internal processes.
  2. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to Refinish clients through prompt responses to requests and queries via email, phone or direct interaction.
  4. Maintain order and lab efficiency by uploading, labelling and filing all completed work in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3-5 years' experience in administration, or other related roles, with responsibility for system management or process integrity.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data analysis tools and software, with a strong understanding of database management systems.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems and colour matching processes is preferred.
