About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions function. As the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities that align with our corporate development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a portfolio of M&A initiatives to support our corporate development strategy
  • Lead the identification of key inorganic growth opportunities and develop communication materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to EGL leadership teams, including monitoring of external trends and innovations
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including ELT members, Senior Leaders, and Strategy teams
Requirements
  • Deep experience and knowledge of mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution
  • Exceptional ability to influence and establish strong relationships with senior leadership team
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
  • Minimum 10 years experience in investment banking and/or corporate development and M&A, or adjacent industries
