Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Workforce Planning Strategy team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the optimal balance of operational resources needed to deliver our flight schedule efficiently, while meeting key safety, financial, and operational objectives.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for analyzing and modeling workforce scenarios, creating clear and compelling presentations that turn data into actionable insights. Your work will also involve providing analysis and recommendations on various transformation initiatives that shape the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and model workforce scenarios to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain complex datasets and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create engaging presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as business, analytics, or mathematics.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in resource planning, optimization, and workforce management, ideally in an airline setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive decisions.
