Lead Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the RoleThe Lead Food and Beverage Operations Manager will oversee the food and beverage outlet within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.
- Build and nurture positive, professional relationships with both guests and colleagues alike.
- Create and manage outlet roster.
- Manage service through outlet and allocate sections.
- Conduct pre-service meetings.
- Ensure all opening, handover and closing checklists are complete.
- Ensure that all relevant guest information is being communicated to staff and the kitchen.
- Daily administrative and reporting.
- Develop and maintain service standards.
- Manage and order inventory.
We offer competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to complimentary shift meals and discounts for our Hotel gym facilities as well as all Food and Beverage outlets.
