We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional service, motivate and develop our team, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Manager to deliver memorable experiences to guests.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement creative approaches to service that exceed guest expectations;
  2. Motivate and develop a close-knit team, promoting a positive workplace culture;
  3. Contribute to all operational requirements of the Food and Beverage department in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager;
  4. Provide input into administrative and planning elements, including rostering, reporting, stocktakes, orders, packages, promotions, and training;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RSA (or willingness to obtain);
  • Experience as a Food and Beverage leader in a dynamic business;
  • Sound operational experience of corporate conferencing, weddings, and events;
  • A confident communicator with well-developed organisational skills;
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure;
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
  • A people-focused approach, prioritising team and guest needs;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. Our estimated annual salary range is between $80,000-$110,000 AUD. In addition to a generous remuneration package, we offer:
