This is a leadership opportunity for a Team Leader Psychologist to oversee a team of allied health professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological support and services.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in leading, supervising, and supporting a team of psychologists and allied health staff, providing clinical oversight, case reviews, and professional guidance.
- You must have full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior clinician role.
- In addition, you should possess strong clinical skills across a variety of therapeutic approaches and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will manage a small caseload of clients, delivering evidence-based interventions and ensuring compliance with ethical and legislative requirements.
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives is also an important aspect of this role.
- Beyond that, building strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders is essential.
