Job Opportunity: Senior Academic Leadership Role

This is a high-level academic leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise and experience in managing clinically related aspects of a program. The successful candidate will contribute to the governance of the MD Program, lead the development and delivery of clinical curriculum, oversee clinical placements, and ensure best practices in clinical learning and teaching.

About the Job Description
  • The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health comprises three Schools: Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences; Nursing; and the Graduate School of Medicine.
  • The faculty aims to engage with, partner with and respond to workforce and health needs of local, regional and rural communities.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • You will hold unrestricted medical registration and postgraduate qualifications in a medical discipline, along with a current or anticipated specialist appointment.
  • Proven leadership and administrative capabilities, a strong commitment to ongoing professional practice, and experience in curriculum delivery/development within a medical school or training environment is essential.
