Job Title: Senior Clinical Advisor - Telestroke Service

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Advisor to provide expert clinical advice and consultancy to our Telestroke Service.

This statewide role is critical in driving the standardisation and integration of stroke care across NSW, ensuring the highest quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and standards for stroke care.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to referring site clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead practice development initiatives across NSW, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in stroke care.
  • Oversee clinical supervision of referring site stroke coordinators, providing guidance on complex case management and patient care planning.
  • Support the embedding of telehealth technology and promote its adoption across the state.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the NSW Telestroke Service, analysing patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
