Job Title: Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor

This is a challenging senior academic leadership role that requires clinical leadership and collaboration with the Co-APD to manage clinically related aspects of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the governance of the MD Program.
  • To lead in the design and delivery of clinical curriculum.
  • To oversee clinical placements ensuring best practices in clinical learning and teaching.

About You:

  • You will hold unrestricted medical registration, postgraduate qualifications in a medical discipline, current or anticipated specialist appointment with primary employment at ISLHD, and proven leadership and administrative capabilities.

This part-time appointment is fixed term for 2 years, working 14 hours per week. The successful candidate will be appointed at Senior Lecturer (Level C) or Associate Professor (Level D) commensurate with qualifications and experience.
