Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Country Heads and senior stakeholders on complex and strategic HR topics, providing guidance and business support.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment, delivering HR strategic projects and working closely with regional and local HR teams to deliver key KPIs and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in the financial services industry or professional services firm, with experience delivering HR strategic projects and communicating effectively at senior levels of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing benefits, WHS, and Workers Compensation, as well as supporting immigration needs and compliance across Australia.

In addition, the successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure the right skills and roles are in place to meet business needs and onboarding across Australia.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in a complex matrix global environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or professional services firm.
  • Experience delivering HR strategic projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels of the business.
