The role of a Critical Incident Support Specialist involves delivering exceptional clinical expertise to provide timely support to organizations affected by critical incidents or significant change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver trauma-informed brief interventions and psycho-education sessions, including psychological first aid
  • Provide on-site, virtual, or tele-support to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change
  • Work across various work sites and modalities with a focus on site-based work

Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or relevant health professional registration
  • Minimum three years postgraduate experience

  • Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and proactivity
  • Proficiency with computer systems
