Seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Crisis Intervention Specialist.

Our company champions the recovery of individuals affected by mental injuries, providing them with personalized support and guidance towards successful outcomes.

This role requires:

  • To identify and develop strategies for overcoming barriers to return-to-work for individuals with psychological conditions.
  • To design, implement, and review programs aimed at assisting injured employees in returning to the workforce.
  • To provide job seeking assistance and advocate for clients towards successful employment outcomes.
  • To offer specialist mental injury case management and intervention on primary or secondary psychological claims.
  • To evaluate and improve recovery and return-to-work goals via evidence-based intervention.
  • To undertake specific services and assessments relevant to mental injury and discipline, including onsite vocational assessments, psych functional assessment, early intervention, critical incident debriefing, facilitated discussion & mediation, care coordination, pre-employment screening, psychological treatment, adjustment counseling, and vocational counseling.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Australian recognized degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counseling.
  • Appropriate professional registration.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in wellness and work journeys.
  • A commitment to high-level customer service.
