Student Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a dedicated Student Support Specialist to join our Sydney campus. This full-time role involves providing guidance and support to students on various aspects of their academic and cultural experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a passion for education and sensitivity to the cultural and language issues facing international students.

  • Supporting students with academic and cultural adjustments
  • Providing information on courses and programs
  • Facilitating student extensions and creating invoices
  • Issuing Certificates of Enrolment and working with the school's database system
  • Acting as a point of contact for walk-in students and conducting school tours

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in an international college or school
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm. Immediate start available at our Sydney campus.
