Student Guidance Role

We are seeking a Student Guidance professional to join our team at ILSC Greystone College Sydney. The successful candidate will provide on-campus support to students, helping them navigate cultural acclimatization and general academic issues.

This role offers a diverse and challenging career opportunity with opportunities for growth and development in the international education sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an international college or school environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

They will also be required to have fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Japanese language skills.

  1. Provide on-campus support to students regarding cultural acclimatization and general academic issues
  2. Assist with student accommodation requests
  3. Offer special care and attention to under-age students
  4. Prepare for new student intake and facilitate academic and financial intervention and problem-solving
