Education Career Guidance Advisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding study options at Australian universities and education institutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored study plans based on individual student backgrounds and goals.
  • Act as a liaison between students and university admissions officers.
  • Participate in student engagement activities and promotional campaigns to identify and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and send targeted messages to generate sales leads.
  • Participate in company marketing efforts, including social media appearances and promotional videos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of the Australian international education system and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales acumen and service promotion mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in international education consulting or related fields.
  • QEAC Certification is highly regarded but not essential.
