We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a People and Culture Specialist. This role will involve delivering our people and culture strategy, implementing initiatives that align with our organisation's goals and values. You will support employee engagement, development, and well-being, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development. You will be responsible for coaching and partnering with managers, collaborating with other leaders, and building strong relationships across the business to provide solution-oriented outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of our people and culture strategy
  • Provide guidance and coaching support to managers on HR management processes
  • Assist with performance management discussions and talent management
  • Facilitate conversations around succession planning and team engagement
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the organisation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to drive organisational change and transformation. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to quickly interpret Awards and Agreements. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
