Job Title: People & Culture Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture specialist to drive the development and delivery of our global People & Culture initiatives.

This role will ensure an exceptional employee experience is delivered to all employees and potential employees across the globe.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative People & Culture strategies, driving cultural transformation, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive People & Culture plans, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Design and deliver training programs to build skills and knowledge across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership experience and strong organisational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Law/Business or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
