Executive Assistant to State

We are seeking a highly experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join our Sydney Head Office in this key role.
The successful candidate will provide high-level one-on-one support to the Commercial Director, State & Communities and Managing Director, NSW, in an ever-changing industry.
Responsibilities:- Extensive inbox and calendar management on behalf of the Managing Director.
- International and domestic travel coordination, including agendas, accommodation, and transfers.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, including minutes, and agenda preparation.
- Expense management, processing invoices, and reconciling corporate credit card statements.
- Providing support for broader needs, including presentations and document creation.
- Assisting with team communications and project managing/planning events, both internal and off-site when required.
- Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years assisting senior-level executives in a fast-paced industry such as media.
- Experience managing a very busy inbox/calendar with multiple conflicting meetings is key.
- Exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Experience working at C-suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to pre-empt needs and manage conflicting and complex priorities.
- Exceptional written skills to draft correspondence on behalf of the Executive.
- You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google suite.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits.
