Job Description

We're seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Floor Manager in our Warringah Mall store. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading the sales floor, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example, embodying Sephora's DNA and showcasing our prestige beauty experience to customers
  • Driving a selling culture, exceeding KPIs, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development
  • Utilizing reporting data to inform operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors
  • Facilitating open communication, providing effective feedback, and maintaining positive relationships with your team and management

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret and input data for daily reporting
  • A hands-on leadership style, with a passion for motivating, coaching, and developing your team
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a strong, positive culture
