We are seeking an experienced Retail Department Leader to join our Spotlight team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing department team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations and achieving sales targets
  • Achieving sales growth and meeting regular KPI targets for your department
  • Building and leading a high-performing department team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop team members
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation and quarterly profit share bonus
