About the Role

As a Store Manager with Spotlight, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store. You will have extensive leadership experience within a big box/large format volume retailer and strong business acumen with P&L exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower and mentor team members into future leaders
  • Manage performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth
  • Manage high-volume stock effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail management experience with a focus on big box or large format volume retailers
  • Strong business acumen and P&L exposure
  • Able to empower and mentor team members
  • Experience in managing high-volume stock
