About the Role
As a Store Manager with Spotlight, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store. You will have extensive leadership experience within a big box/large format volume retailer and strong business acumen with P&L exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower and mentor team members into future leaders
- Manage performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth
- Manage high-volume stock effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Retail management experience with a focus on big box or large format volume retailers
- Strong business acumen and P&L exposure
