The Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that will require you to manage and mentor the store team, provide exceptional customer service, and represent Under Armour with integrity. You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store reflects the UA brand, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and promotes the UA brand
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products, including fit, fabric, and function details
  • Exceed sales targets by maximising every opportunity and providing exceptional customer service

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting your value to our business.
